GrannPark is built for Swedish housing cooperatives (BRFs) and private housing communities. It’s especially useful in communities where residents have assigned parking spaces and guest parking is limited, making it difficult for visitors to find a place to park.
Everyone in your BRF will get free access to GrannPark through a web browser or the mobile app. Residents who want to participate simply create an account, which is verified together with the BRF to ensure the information is correct. Once verified, residents can start sharing parking spaces and booking them for guests. Board members can also explore additional features, such as managing parking queues. Throughout the pilot, we welcome feedback through the app, by email, and through occasional short surveys to help us improve GrannPark.
Only approved residents within your housing community can access GrannPark and shared parking spaces. Anyone can download the app, but access is only granted after the information provided has been verified together with your BRF. This helps keep GrannPark secure and exclusive to your community.
No. Participation is completely optional. If you choose to use GrannPark, you decide when your parking space is available for your neighbors to book.
No. GrannPark is designed to make guest parking available to everyone in the community, whether or not they have a car or an assigned parking space.

However, if your BRF doesn’t provide garage access to residents without a parking space, this feature won’t work. We’d be happy to discuss this with your BRF, as GrannPark works best when all residents can access guest parking.
No problem. Simply update your availability in GrannPark. If your parking space is occupied, your neighbor will be notified that you need it back. You can also contact them directly using the phone number available in the app.
Yes. Participation is completely free for selected BRFs. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.
It costs nothing to join. You’ll help us tailor GrannPark to the needs of your BRF while giving your residents an easier way to manage guest parking. You can leave the pilot at any time if it’s not the right fit, and if you choose to continue after the pilot, you’ll receive an exclusive early adopter discount.
Apply for the pilot and tell us a little about your BRF and its parking situation. We’ll see if your community is a good fit and, if it is, help you get GrannPark up and running. There’s nothing to install in your parking area—all you need is internet access and a computer or smartphone.
No. If you think GrannPark would benefit your community, we’d love to hear from you. Simply apply for the pilot, and we’ll be happy to contact your BRF board and discuss the opportunity with them.
At the end of the pilot, we’ll review the results together and share what we’ve learned from your feedback. We’ll keep you informed about future plans well before introducing any pricing.
