Welcome to GrannPark.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the GrannPark website and mobile application. By accessing or using GrannPark, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

GrannPark is currently available only to residents of participating housing associations (BRFs) in Sweden.

To create an account, you must provide accurate information. Registration requests are reviewed to verify that you are a resident of the selected housing association and, where applicable, authorized to use the registered parking space.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Using GrannPark

GrannPark helps residents temporarily share available parking spaces within their housing community.

When using the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Only share parking spaces you are authorized to use.
• Follow your housing association’s rules and local parking regulations.
• Treat other users with respect.
• Use the service only for its intended purpose.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The information you provide.
• Ensuring you have permission to share a parking space.
• Parking legally and safely.
• Following the rules of your housing association.

Availability

We aim to keep GrannPark available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Liability

GrannPark provides a platform that helps residents coordinate the temporary sharing of parking spaces.

To the extent permitted by law, GrannPark is not responsible for:

• Parking fines
• Vehicle damage or theft
• Disputes between users
• Any loss resulting from the use of the service

Users remain responsible for their own actions and compliance with applicable laws and housing association rules.

Intellectual property

The GrannPark name, logo, website, mobile application, and all related content belong to GrannPark and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use GrannPark after changes have been published, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
